Are your geckos captive-bred or wild-caught?
All of our geckos are captive-bred by trusted breeders. This ensures they are healthy, acclimated to captivity, and ethically sourced.
How are geckos shipped safely?
We ship overnight via certified reptile carriers in insulated boxes with heat or cold packs as needed. Live Arrival Guarantee applies on all orders. Hub to Hub shipping only.
How old are the geckos when sold?
We typically sell geckos once they are at least 8–12 weeks old, well-started on food, and strong enough to ship safely.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we ship within the continental United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
